I was watching an older episode of The Finder and in it, the lawyer was struggling with forgiving the man who was responsible for his wife and kid's deaths. It happened. After lunch today. As yummy as that ice cream cake was and as amusing as that sweet lady was, we couldn't not eat that apple pie. Haven't done one of these since Spring semester but thought I'd do one for this week because I just cool like dat. =P Nah - too busy this week to think much about food (*gasp* I know).  Made some homemade chicken noodle soup last night - didn't turn out as well as I hoped but making the noodles from scratch turned out much much better than the store-bought kind!
